Managing Calculated Signals
To open the Manage Calculated Signals dialog box, you have the following options:
Click on the toolbar icon

In the Variables menu (Experiment Environment) or Edit menu (MDA), select Define/ManageCalculated Signals.
To manage calculated signals, you can perform the following actions:
Click New.
In the Define Calculated Signals dialog box, generate the new calculated signal. For more information, see Defining Calculated Signals.
From the Calculated Signals list, select the calculated signal you want to duplicate.
Click Duplicate.
- In the Define Calculated Signals dialog box, make new settings for the selected calculated signal. For more information, see Defining Calculated Signals.
From the Calculated Signals list, select the calculated signal you want to edit.
Click Edit.
- In the Define Calculated Signals dialog box, make new settings for the selected calculated signal. For more information, see Defining Calculated Signals.
From the Calculated Signals list, select the calculated signal you want to delete.
Click Remove.
To import an export file (*.xcs), click Import.
In file selection dialog box, select an export file and click Open.
In the Available Calculated Signals dialog box, select the calculated signals you want to import and click OK.
The calculated signals are imported into the Calculated Signals list.
Click Export All to export all calculated signals or click Export Selected to export selected signals only.
In file selection dialog box, enter a file name and click Save. The calculated signals are saved to the file (*.xcs).
Note
You can reimport exported signal files at any time.
Click View Dependencies.
The defined signals are analyzed, and the result is shown graphically in the Dependency Viewer dialog box.
