Creating a CAN-DB Description

To create a database object for a CAN-DB description file:

1. In the Database Objects list box, select the folder in which you want to save the CAN DB description.

2. In the Edit menu, point to Add, and then select CAN DB.

   The Read CAN database from dialog box opens.

3. Select a file.

4. Click Open.

   The file is read and a new database object is created in the selected folder.
