Adding Variables

To select variables from the source dataset:

1. In the Variables menu, select Add.

   The Select variables dialog box opens.

2. Select one or more devices from the Sources list.

3. Select the desired variables in the data list.

   The variables are marked by a symbol in the list.

4. Click OK.

   The selected variables are transferred to the Variables to process {and Functions} list.

   If you enable instant comparison in the settings, the variables are compared with the variables of the active destination datasets. The results of the instant comparison are displayed as icons next to the variables.

   Additionally, the values and units are specified in brackets next to the scalar variables.
