CDM Settings for Comparisons: Function

To go to this tab, click the Settings toolbar button and select the Compare tab. In the Compare tab, double-click in the Value field of the Function option.

You can set the following values for each option:

always list	For the selected element, the values in the different datasets are not compared. The element is always listed in the output file.
compare and list always	For the selected element, the values in the different datasets are compared. The element is always listed in the output file.
compare and list if different	For the selected element, the values in the different datasets are compared. The element is listed in the output file only if differences are found.
never list	For the selected element, the values in the different datasets are not compared. The element is not listed in the output file.

Note
Quality Meta Data is available only if the add-on INCA-QM BASIC is installed with INCA.

For the Compare action, you can define the following attributes of the respective functions (ASAM-2MC keywords for the attributes in square brackets):

Long identifier
The long identifier of the function. [LONG_IDENTIFIER]
Version
Version identifier of function. [VERSION]
Defined characteristic
List of variables defined in the function. [DEFINED_CHARACTERISTIC]
Referenced characteristics
List of variables used in the function. [REFERENCED_CHARACTERISTIC]
Input measurements
List of measure variables used as input for the function. Input measure variables are helpful for troubleshooting. [IN_MEASUREMENT]
Output measurements
List of measure variables used as output for the function. Output measure variables are helpful for troubleshooting. [OUT_MEASUREMENT]
Local measurements
List of measure variables used locally in the function. Local measure variables are helpful for troubleshooting. [LOC_MEASUREMENT]
Subfunctions
List of subfunctions defined in the function. [FUNCTION]
