CDM Settings: General Tab
To go to this tab, click the Settings
toolbar button and select the General tab.
You can make the following settings for personal details in the output file and the automatic selection of axis point distributions:
User name
Defines the user name.
Department
Defines the department name.
Company
Defines the company name.
Copyright 1st line
Defines the copyright in the first line under the header.
Copyright 2nd line
Defines the copyright in the second line under the header.
Select referenced axes automatically
Specifies whether variables with the axis points are automatically added to the Variables (& functions) to process list when you select group curves or group maps:
Yes
Variables with the axis points for the group curves or group maps are automatically added.
No
Variables with the axis points for the group curves or group maps are not automatically added.
Select grouped datasets automatically
Specifies the behavior when you add a dataset to the destination list that belongs to a grouped ECU.
Yes
When you select a dataset that belongs to a grouped ECU, CDM also adds the corresponding dataset of the grouped ECU to the destination list.
This is recommended in order to keep grouped items consistent.
No
CDM only adds the explicitly selected dataset to the destination list.
Specifies whether the selected action (list, compare or copy) shall be prepared in the background.
Yes
CDM supports a background task that prepares the current selected action in the background. This improves the performance if the user does additional things between CDM start and start of action.
No
The selected task is only executed when you explicitly start it.
