Setting the Visualization of Monitoring Bounds in Measure Windows
Whenever the measured values exceed or fall below specified monitoring bounds, this can be visualized in one of the following ways:
Marker
If this option is selected, a red or blue marker is displayed whenever the specified bounds are exceeded or undercut.
Background color
If this option is selected, the background color of the measure window changes whenever the specified bounds are exceeded or undercut.
To set the display type:
- In the Variable Selection Dialog, select the Display Configuration tab.
- In this Display Configuration, select a measure window or a variable in a measure window for which you want to modify the display type.
Double-click in the value field of the Bounds visualization column.
The Bounds visualization dialog box opens.
- Double-click in the value field of the Visualization method column.
- Select Background color.
- Doubleclick in the value filed of the Lower bound color field.
- Select the color for the background in the measure window that will be displayed when the measured value falls below the specified bound.
- Click OK.
- Doubleclick in the value filed of the Upper bound color field.
- Select the color for the background in the measure window that will be displayed when the measured value exceeds the specified bound.
- Click OK.
- Click Close to confirm your settings.

If the visualization method Marker is selected, you can not modify the colors for exceeding or undercutting the monitoring bounds. |
