Solution: Reboot your PC

For certain PC models, undocking the PC from a docking station may cause unexpected problems, e.g. disabling the USB and/or Ethernet ports.

Note

This problem may be related to the PC's peripheral devices; it is not related to ETAS hardware or software. If you observe this problem, contact your PC distributor.

To solve the problem:

  1. Close INCA and all open programs.
  2. Reboot your PC.
  3. Start INCA.
  4. Do another search for hardware (e.g. by opening the Hardware Configuration Editor and clicking in the toolbar).
