Options: Map Editor Tab

To go to this tab, click the Options toolbar button and select the Map Editor tab.

You can make the following settings for map editors:

Axes treatment

Specifies how the axis values are to be handled for the command 'PUT LOOKUP TABLE TO AP-S':

Ignore axes values	Defines whether the axis values in the command PUT LOOKUP TABLE TO AP-S are to be considered.
Use axes values without interpolation of remaining maps	The axis values of the command are to be used for all succeeding maps without interpolation.

Show edited values
Defines whether the variable currently being processed by the test bench computer is to be displayed for checking in the INCA calibration window.
Use hard bound limitation
Defines whether the monitoring limits (soft bounds) or the actual value range (hard bounds) are to be used to limit the calibration value.
If the hard bounds are used, you can assign a calibration value outside the monitoring limits to a variable and use the complete range within the value range. Normally the soft bounds are used. Then, the value concerned is automatically limited to the upper and lower monitoring limit value.
