Starting the ASAM MCD 3MC Interface

You start the ASAM MCD 3MC interface either directly from INCA or remote through an MCD3 client. To start the desired version of the ASAM MCD 3MC interface, you first have to set it in the INCA user option ASAM-MCD 3MC interface version on the General tab. For using one of the object-oriented standards for the automation interface, you can select the interface version ASAM-MCD 3MC V1.0 (approved on 01.06.2003).

To start the ASAM MCD 3MC Interface:

1. In the INCA main window in the Utilities menu, select OpenASAM-3MC Interface.

   or

2. Start an experiment in the INCA experiment environment.

3. In the Components menu, select Open ASAM-3MC Interface.

   The ASAM MCD 3MC window opens. The status line displays Ready.
