AUTOSAR - Support of TLV Encoding for SOME/IP (SP1)
TLV is a SOME/IP concept for making data optional to improve forward and backward compatibility.

INCA supports TLV for AUTOSAR 4.4. TLV is not officially supported for AUTOSAR 4.3, but INCA supports a customer-specific AUTOSAR 4.3 TLV description.
