Static ARP Table for XCP on Ethernet (SP4)

For in-vehicle networks that do not support the ARP command, an alternative method of configuring MAC addresses is required to establish XCP communication.

You can set up a static ARP cache using an INI file located in the ETASData folder. This approach does not require administrator rights, making it accessible to users without elevated permissions.

When static ARP entries are used, this configuration is documented in the INCA Monitor, ensuring transparency and traceability of the settings.
