Overview of INCA Add-Ons
INCA consists of a measurement and calibration core system which can be enhanced by various add-ons:
Note |
|---|
The INCA add-ons are only available if you have installed the corresponding INCA add-on. |
The INCA-EIP (Experimental Target Integration Package) add-on package allows you to use the INCA measurement and calibration system as an experiment environment for the software development of real-time systems. It gives you access to the experimental hardware for the E-Target.
The INCA-MCE (Measurement and Calibration Embedded) add-on supports rapid measurement and calibration methods. It enables a real-time connection between the test bench automation tool and the ECU, resulting in exceptional measurement and calibration performance.
INCA-MIP
The INCA-MIP (MATLAB Integration Package) add-on is an application programming interface that controls INCA functionality from within MATLAB.
The application programming interface is available in two variants:
INCA-MIP Base (free add-on containing basic functionality)
INCA-MIP Extended (add-on with extended functionality, which is liable to costs)
For detailed information on the INCA-MIP add-on, refer to the corresponding PDF manual in the Manuals folder below the INCA installation directory or in INCA click ? > Manuals and Tutorials.
The INCA-QM-BASIC (Quality Management Basic) add-on supports the management of quality metadata and process metadata for calibration tasks.
The ODX-LINK add-on integrates diagnostic functionality to INCA and makes diagnostic data available as measurement signals in INCA. In the INCA Experimental Environment, diagnostic procedures can be performed in parallel to measurements and calibrations.
The INCA-VN-Converter (Variable Name Converter) add-on is intended to make existing experiments reusable when variables are renamed in a new version of the description file.
