Data Protection Information for the INCA User Survey
New in INCA V7.6.0: Feedback option for further development of our tool
In order to continuously improve our tool and tailor it optimally to your needs and use cases, we have integrated a new feedback option directly into the tool. You can voluntarily participate in surveys via a feedback link on the ETAS website.
How does it work?
Participation is, of course, voluntary.
When you click on the feedback button in INCA, you will be redirected to a survey on the ETAS website. There, you can rate the INCA tool or send us feedback, for example on new features. Your participation directly helps us to further develop INCA.
Data protection
In addition to the information provided directly on the survey page regarding terms and conditions, legal information, and data protection notice, you will find all relevant information on data processing in connection with these surveys here.
Server location
The results of the survey are processed and stored in data centers within the European Economic Area (EEA) in Germany.
Purpose of processing
We conduct these voluntary surveys to gather feedback on our products and services in order to continuously improve them. The legal basis for conducting the surveys is your consent, which you give by actively participating in the survey.
Handling of your data
Anonymous participation: Your responses are always collected anonymously. We do not ask for or transfer any personal data that could be used to identify you in this survey.
Optional provision of email address: You have the option of providing your email address.
Important: If you provide your email address, your participation in the survey will no longer be anonymous.
Your email address will only be used for the purpose of follow-up questions and will be stored for a maximum of two years.
IP address: We use the "IP anonymization" function. This means that your IP address is shortened before it is stored and thus anonymized.
