New X/FETK-related Features (SP1)

• Support of new micro-controller: TC46xED, TC4ZxED and TC46x

• Support of new calibration method ECU-buffered calibration, used for new controller w/o ED RAM but working page stored in nonvolatile RAM

• Support of the config features MaxCollectionPeriod and MaxCollectionFactor to control the period of sent DAQs by XETKs in case of fast rasters. This is useful for automatic calculated calibration.
