XCP – Enhanced Detection of XCP features (SP 1)

• Feature activation by setting the option 'ECU Description Handling' of the XCP device to 'ECU'

  

• All optional commands are initially treated as supported. If the ECU responds with ERR_CMD_UNKNOWN the further usage of the respective optional command is suppressed in this session.

• The responses of the …_INFO commands configure the XCP driver of INCA, e.g., regarding the support of the block mode.
