Extend Max() and Min() Function to be Compliant to ASCET Generated Formulas (SP 1)

The ASAP2 specification restricts Min() and Max() to one parameter.

INCA supports now multiple parameters. When the parameters are of the type scalar, INCA calculates the Min or Max value out of the given parameters.
