About ES600.2 - Module

The ES600.2 Synchronization and Power Management Module is an Ethernet switch with integrated voltage supply and time synchronization for connecting several data acquisition or interface modules to a host PC.

The module is equipped with two upstream Ethernet connections for data exchange with the host PC or a drive recorder and six downstream Ethernet connections for connecting ETAS modules and compatible Ethernet-enabled devices.

The ES600.2 can be cascaded so that larger module compounds can be built.

Scope of application

The ES600.2 can be used for the following tasks:

  • Connecting several data acquisition or interface modules to a host PC via Ethernet

  • Supplying connected ES4xx and ES6xx modules with power via the Ethernet connection cable

  • Synchronizing connected ETAS modules and their measuring channels

  • Connecting ECUs that are equipped with an XETK or a separate Ethernet interface

  • Building larger cascaded module compounds with additional ES600.2 modules
