Typical setup

The ES161.1 is installed between the Automotive Ethernet network/ECU and the host side Standard Ethernet environment.

• Automotive Ethernet side: Connection to an Automotive Ethernet network / ECU (100/1000BASE-T1)

• Standard Ethernet side: Connection to PC / measurement system infrastructure (IEEE 802.3)

• Power: External power supply via suitable protected source (e.g., vehicle battery or lab supply)
