Running Evaluation Is Aborted Due to Cache Issue

If the running evaluation is aborted, the reason can be a cache issue.

To delete the cache

1. Check the error message in "Running Evaluations". The error message can contain one of the following:

   • Unrecognized function or variable 'ctfroot'.

   • The job is no longer active.:

2. Terminate EATB GUI.
3. Delete the mcrCache9.7 cache under C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\<username>.
4. Restart EATB GUI and run the evaluation again.
