Changing the Model Type

To change the model type, proceed as follows:

  1. Go to the ISP view.

  2. Click on the icon next to the output, for which you want to change.

The "Output Properties for <output>" window opens.

  3. In that window, do the following.

    1. In the "Model Type" combo box, select a model type.

Available model types are No Model, ASC GP Model and (if the advanced settings are activated) Polynom Model, Compressed Model, Classification Model, GP SCS Model.

    2. Click on Edit to open the "<output> - Parameters" window and specify the desired model parameters for the output.

More information about the model parameters can be found in Model Types of ASCMO-STATIC.

  4. In the "Output Properties for <output>" window, click OK.

    The model training starts.

If you selected the Compressed Model and activated the option Plot Error in the "<output> - Parameters" window, the model error appears in the "Modeling Error for <Output>" window during the model compression.

The trained model can now, for example, be exported via File Export Model (see Model Export).
