Set time base options

1. In the Start Time [s] field, type a time in seconds to set as the start of the time interval to be imported.

2. In the End Time [s] field, type a time in seconds to set as the end of the time interval to be imported.

3. In the Common Sample Time [s] field, type a time in seconds to set as the step width at which all selected channels will be resampled.

4. Select a Resampling Method from the drop-down list to transform the data at given time points to a uniform basis:

   1. Linear Interpolation: Performs linear interpolations between two points.

   2. Adaptive Window: Uses an adaptive window size for resampling.

   3. Adaptive Window and Keep Missing Data: Keeps missing data as NaNs.

   4. Zero-order Hold: Use with discrete signals to preserve discrete values.
