Valid Model Range

Model menu > Valid Model Range

The Valid Model Range window contains the following elements.

Validity Limit

In these fields, you can set a threshold (absolute value of the maximum standard deviation) with which the valid range of the respective model (output) is determined. Default: Standard deviation of the training data point with the biggest deviation.

Default

Determines a heuristic value for each threshold.

This value corresponds to the maximum standard deviation on the training data of the output. Model predictions with a smaller standard deviation are then rated as valid.

Advanced

Opens the Valid Model Range Viewer window, in which the data are displayed with the threshold. The red line with the black triangles can be moved with the mouse.

Close

Closes the window.

In the ISP View, you can also see the invalid values of the inputs and the invalid areas.
