Settings (Multi Result Optimization)
Optimization menu > Multi Result > Settings
The Settings window for multi result optimization contains the following elements:
Number of Evaluations
The maximum number of function evaluations (across all generations) – should be approximately 200 times the number of children-generating parents (Parent Population Size parameter in the advanced parameters).
Parent Selection
The following settings are possible:

Parents are involved in the evaluation and recombination of new generations (parent selection). |

Off |
parent generations are not included in the evaluation and recombination (survivor selection). |

Only available if the Advanced Settings are enabled. Changes should be made only by experienced users. |
The Edit button opens the Advanced Parameters window for multi result optimization.
Default
Sets all parameters to their default values.
OK
Applies your settings and closes the window.
Cancel
Discards your settings and closes the window.
