Tree Pane

The Tree Pane contains following three tabs and filter functions:

Outline

In this tab all elements of the component self:<component name> are listed. Also you find all methods in this tab.

For a better handling of these elements you can use several filters and a search functions:

Navigation

In this tab, all graphical elements selected in the Navigation Tree node of the ASCET options dialog are listed in a tree view named Graphic Blocks. Elements with multiple occurrences in the diagram are listed several times. A click on a node in the Graphic Blocks tree highlights the occurrence of the element.

The state diagram and its triggers, as well as ActionCondition diagrams and public diagrams with their actions, conditions and methods, are displayed below the Sequence Calls tree. However, you have to open an Action Condition diagram or public diagram to see the full extent of that branch of the Sequence Calls tree.

If you delete graphic blocks from the Specification view they still occur in this navigation tree.

The upper part of this tab displays the folders and items contained in the current database/workspace. The database/workspace name is the root of the tree structure. Each database/workspace contains one or more folders, which in turn contain other folders and items.

The lower part of the tab displays any notes or internal comments on the item currently selected in the upper part.
