Opening a Component from the Binding or Comm. Tab

You can open a component from the Comm. or Binding tab. This is useful, e.g., if you find that an element is erroneously exported more than once.

1. Select the global element whose associated component you want to open.

   You can start typing an element name to search for a particular global element. The first matching element in the Label column is highlighted.

2. Do one of the following.

   • Right-click in the column that contains the component you want to open and select Open Module from the context menu
   • Double-click the component you want to edit.

   The editor for the selected component opens.
