Adjusting the Operating System Properties

This instruction is valid for an ASCET‑SE target with RTA-OSEK or GENERIC-OSEK or RTE-AUTOSAR * operating system.

In the project editor, click the Project Properties button.
The Project Properties window opens in the Build node.
Go to the OS Configuration node.
Originally, this node contains the values given in the [OperatingSystem] section of the target.ini file.
Do one of the following:
- In the OS Configuration node, enter the values for the options directly.
- Select appropriate files from the selection windows opened via the button.
The values entered here are stored with the project, but not filled into the target.ini file.
Follow the Edit Operating System Tool Settings link to edit the OS installation path and configuration tool in the ASCET options window.
The options are explained in the ASCET options window.
Click OK to accept the settings and close the ASCET options window.
Click OK to accept the settings and close the Project Properties window.
