Element Menu

This menu is also available as context menu in the Local, Local/Global, Impl. Cast, and Global tabs. It contains the following options:

Edit

Opens the implementation editor for the selected element.

Create ASCET Link

Creates an ASCET link that opens the component in the respective component editor, then opens an implementation editor for the selected element.

Move up

Moves the selected record element one position up in the Elements list.

Move down

Moves the selected record element one position down in the Elements list.

Use automatic Implementation

Activates/deactivates automatic implementation of a selected method-/process-/runnable-local variable.

Use physical Settings

If the Mixed_Physical_Implementation is selected, and if the selected element has an implementation, you can use this menu option to activate the physical settings (i.e. implementation <undef>).

If the Mixed_Physical_Implementation is selected, and if the selected element has no implementation (<undef>), this menu option is selected and disabled.

If a normal implementation is selected, this menu option is not selected and disabled.

Copy Implementation To Buffer

Copies the implementation of the selected element to the database clipboard.

Paste Implementation From Buffer

Copies an implementation from the database clipboard to the selected element.
