Preparing the Project
To prepare an ASCET project for transfer to INTECRIO, proceed as follows.
- Open the project you want to transfer to INTECRIO.
Click the
Project Properties button.The Project Properties window opens in the Build node.
Select a suitable target
and an appropriate compiler.The Prototyping target is strongly recommended for project transfer to INTECRIO.
Set up the target as follows.
Follow the Edit Target Settings link to open an options window for your target.
Activate the Generating SCOOP‑IX option.
For the Prototyping target, SCOOP‑IX generation is always active.
In the SCOOP‑IX Schema Version combo box, select the version you want to use.
SCOOP‑IX V1.5 and V1.7 are strongly recommended for project transfer to INTECRIO.
To import array/matrix messages as single elements into INTECRIO V5.0.8, deactivate the Array Message Flattening option.
Note
Array/matrix messages as single elements are supported only in INTECRIO V5.0.8 or higher.
Older INTECRIO versions can only import ASCET models with flattened array messages and no matrix messages.
If you want to connect the ASCET model to hardware ports in INTECRIO V5.0.8, activate the Array Message Flattening option.
Note
INTECRIO versions prior to V5.0.8 do not support array/matrix signals.
In INTECRIO V5.0.8, the Hardware Configurator does not yet support un-flattened array/matrix signals.
The following ASCET models must be created with activatedArray Message Flattening target option. In addition, these models must not contain matrix messages, since array flattening does not support matrix messages. Array messages with record elements are supported only in combination with SCOOP‑IX V1.5 and V1.7.

models that will be imported in INTECRIO versions prior to V5.0.8
In the Experiment Code node, activate the Use OID for Generation of Component Names option.
This setting is highly recommended.
Click OK to close the Project Properties window.
