Editing Several Numerical Values

When several variables are contained in the same numerical editor window, you can change them together.

  1. Select one or more variables you want to change.

  2. Do one of the following to increment all selected variables by the step size specified on setup:

    • In the Edit menu, select Increment.
    • Press <Ctrl> + <m>.
  3. Do one of the following to decrement all selected variables by the step size specified on setup:

    • In the Edit menu, select Decrement.
    • Press <Ctrl> + <n>.
  4. In the Edit menu, select Add Offset to add a number to all selected variables.

You are first prompted for an offset value, then that value is added to the value in the display.

  5. In the Edit menu, select Multiply By Factor to multiply all selected variables with a factor.

You are first prompted for a factor, then the multiplication is performed with that factor.

  6. In the Edit menu, select Fill With Values to overwrite all selected variables.

You are first prompted for a constant, which then replaces the values.

Note

If you selected more than one value, you cannot undo the changes collectively.
