Assigning the Non-Volatile Attribute to All Parameters

1. In the Tools menu of the Component Manager, point to Database or Workspace, then point to Convert and select Parameters to Nonvolatile.

   All parameters are now non-volatile and are thus not overwritten upon initialization.
