Context Menu – Implementation View

The context menu in the Implementation view contains the following options:

Edit (<Return>)

Opens the data editor for the selected element.

Use physical Settings

If the Mixed_Physical_Implementation is selected, and if the selected element has an implementation, you can use this menu option to activate the physical settings (i.e. implementation <undef>) for the selected element.

If the Mixed_Physical_Implementation is selected, and if the selected element has no implementation (<undef>), this menu option is selected and disabled.

If a normal implementation is selected, this menu option is not selected and disabled.

Copy (<Ctrl> + <c>)

Copies the implementation of the selected element to the clipboard.

Paste (<Ctrl> + <v>)

Pastes an element implementation from the clipboard to the selected element.

Delete (<Del>)

Not available in the Implementation view.

Rename (<F2>)

Renames the selected element.

Create ASCET Link

Creates an ASCET link for the selected element. The link highlights the component that contains the element in the "Database"/"Workspace" list, selects the element in the Implementation tab, and selects the implementation set that was active when the link was created.

Select all (<Ctrl> + <a>)

Selects all elements in the component.
