Context Menu – Element View

The context menu in the Element view contains the following options:

Edit (<Return>)

Opens the Properties editor for the selected element.

Copy (<Ctrl> + <c>)

Copies the selected element to the clipboard.

Paste (<Ctrl> + <v>)

Pastes an element from the clipboard to the selected component.

Delete (<Del>)

Note
Be careful when using Delete, it cannot be undone.

Deletes the selected elements from the component.

Rename (<F2>)

Renames the selected element.

Create ASCET Link

Creates an ASCET link for the selected element. The link highlights the component that contains the element in the "Database"/"Workspace" list and selects the element in the Elements tab.

Select all (<Ctrl> + <a>)

Selects all elements in the component.
