Paths Options (Environment)

This node contains the following options:

Database Path

Main ASCET database directory. ASCET searches this path for existing databases. Newly created databases are stored in this path.

Workspace Path

Main ASCET workspace directory. ASCET searches this path for existing workspaces. Newly created workspaces are stored in this path.

Temp Path

Path used to zip/unzip AXL files or to store other temporary files. May be deleted on each ASCET start.

You can use the Clean Up Temp Path option to determine that this directory is emptied when ASCET starts.

Default Export Path

Default export directory.

Default Import Path

Default import directory.

Documentor Working Path

Working directory for documentation: Target directory for the generated documentation. See also Automatic Documentation.

Executer Output Path

Executer commands that do not allow specifying an output directory use this path. See also Adding User-Defined Functions.

Clean Up Temp Path

If this option is activated, the Temp Path is emptied when ASCET starts.

Delete Logfiles at Tool Start

If activated, the existing logfile directory is deleted when you start ASCET.
