Component Manager Options

In this node, you can make settings for the Component Manager.

Extended Infos for Components

Activates/deactivates the display of information on access rights in the Component Manager.

Missing MD Background Color

Defines the background color of the component manager in case only ASCET‑RP or ASCET‑SE are installed.

Expand Tree to Last Selection

If activated, the folder tree is expanded when a database/workspace opens, and the selected item of the previous session is shown.

Recently Opened Files

Sets the number of recently opened databases/workspaces that are accessible via the File menu.

Specification Type for Module

Default specification type for modules. The value selected here is pre-set in the Insert Module button.

Possible values: Block Diagram, C code, ESDL

Specification Type for Class

Default specification type for classes. The value selected here is pre-set in the Insert Class button.

Possible values: Block Diagram, C code, ESDL, Conditional Table, Boolean Table

Select Last Used Folder For Replacing Components

If activated, the folder of the selected item is pre-set the next time you replace references to an item or an item.
