Copying Data in the Data View

Open the Data view.
Select the element whose data you want to copy.
Do one of the following:
- In the Edit menu or in the context menu, select Copy.
- Press <Ctrl> + <c > to copy the current data of the selected element to the clipboard.
Select the element(s) to which you want to copy the data.
Do one of the following:
- In the Edit menu or in the context menu, select Paste.
- Press <Ctrl> + <v> to copy the data from the clipboard to the selected element(s).
You can copy and paste data only between elements of the same type. It is not possible to copy the data of one element type (e.g., a scalar) to an element of a different type (e.g., array, matrix, ...).
