Toolbar (Boolean Table Editor)

The toolbar contains the following buttons:

	Edit Component Data
	Edit Component Implementation
	Generate Code
	Compile Generated Code
	Open Experiment for selected Experiment Target

The other buttons, as well as the combo box, are always disabled for Boolean tables.
