Editing an Included Component

1. In the Outline tab, select the included component.
2. In the Edit menu, select Notes to view the notes for the imported component.

3. In the Edit menu, select Open Component to open the editor for the selected component.

   This command has the same effect as double-clicking on the referenced component.

4. Edit the included component according to your needs.

5. To return to the parent component, do one of the following.

   • Click the Browse to Parent Component button.
   • If the included component is a block diagram, double-click into the drawing area.

   If the included component contains unsaved changes, you are asked if you want to save the changes.

6. Click Yes (No) to return to the parent component and save (discard) your changes.
