Editing an AS File

1. To edit an AS file from within ASCET, do the following.

   1. In the component manager, point to the Tools menu and open the Arithmetic Service Editor submenu.

      This submenu contains all targets that are installed on your computer.

   2. Select the target whose AS file you want to edit.

      If there is a services.ini file in the target directory, the file opens in an external text editor.

      If there is no services.ini file in the target directory, you are offered to create a new file. Make sure that you save the file as services.ini in the proper target directory.

2. To edit an AS file independent of ASCET, open the desired services.ini file from the Windows Explorer.

3. Manage the service sets.
