Including a Component via the Block Library

When you stored frequently used components in a block library, you can include them via the Library palette.

  1. In the Tree Pane, go to the Outline tab.
  2. In the Library palette, use the combo box to select the category that contains the desired item.

  3. In the item list, select the item you want to add to the interface.

    You can add only special component types to AUTOSAR interfaces:

    SenderReceiver Interface

    records, mode groups, enumerations

    NVData Interface

    records, enumerations

    Calibration Interface

    records, enumerations

    Note

    No components can be added to ClientServer interfaces.

  4. Drag the item to the Outline tab.

    The item is included in the edited AUTOSAR interface component.
