Creating a Calibration Interface from an Existing Module

You can create a Calibration interface from an existing ASCET module specified as block diagram or in ESDL; see Reproducing Database/Workspace Items for details.

Note

Without activated Enable Creation of AUTOSAR Components option, you cannot create AUTOSAR components, neither via Insert > AUTOSAR > * nor via Reproduce As > *.

  1. In the Component Manager, select the module you want to reproduce as Calibration interface.

  2. In the Edit menu, point to Reproduce As and select Calibration Interface.

The new Calibration interface is created in the same folder as the original module. It is named Calibration_<module name>. Imported parameters of the original module are converted to parameters in the new interface.

See Special Features of Reproducing Components as AUTOSAR Components for detailed information on the reproduction results.

  3. Double-click the new item to open the interface editor.
