Version Handling Based on MSSCCI

MSSCCI The Microsoft Source Code Control Interface (MSSCCI) is a de–facto standard which sets up a communication bridge between an IDE (e.g. ASCET, Visual Studio .Net, etc.) and a corresponding SCM tool. is a de-facto standard API designed by Microsoft. Note
ASCET-SCM supports only the 32-bit versions of MSSCCI providers. The 64-bit versions (if installed) are ignored.
