Overlay Icons

These small icons are visually "added" to the "regular" icons of the associated component (item or configuration) shown in the ASCET browser tree. They indicate the current state of the item or configuration.

Icon	Description
	The component (item or configuration) is under version control. It is write-protected (which does not imply a Lock). This is the default state following a Checkout.
	The repository contains a version of this component (item or configuration) that is more recent than the one contained in the current ASCET database or workspace.
	The component was modified.
	This component (item or configuration) is locked, but has not yet been modified.
	Another user has locked this component (item or configuration).
	An Edit without Lock was performed on this component (item or configuration); however, the component was not yet modified.
	The content of this component is invalid. This can only happen if you import (via File > Import in the component manager) a different version of the component, and the existing version is not editable at the time of the import. See also Special Use Case: Handling Imported Components.
