Comparing Configuration Versions (Simple Mode)

Proceed as follows to compare the current local status of a configuration with any existing of the same configuration:

1. In the ASCET component manager, select the configuration you want to compare to an older version.
2. In the SCM menu, open the Configuration Management submenu and select Compare Configuration.

3. Click  to select a configuration for comparison.

   The comparison results are displayed in the Result table.

4. Filter the comparison results if necessary:

   1. Enter a value in the left combo box.
   2. Click  to filter the comparison results.
   3. In the right combo box, select the result type you want to see.
5. Click the Report button to save the comparison results as text file.
